National Childrens’ Day !

‘Quality Education for all’ will be a distant dream?

But, its possible!

National Childrens’ Day Celebration commemorating the greatness of the great Nehru and his futuristic vision for the children.

Every day across the globe, millions of children don’t go to school. It’s not because they’re sick or their school is closed for a teacher training day.

And it’s not because they don’t want to be at school. They do – the 58 million children who are missing out on a primary education right now are desperate to be sitting in a classroom every day and learning.

So why aren’t they?

Because they are girls

Because they live in war zones

Because they have disabilities

Because their countries are poor

Because of child marriage

Because of natural disasters

Because of too few teachers

Because they’re a child labourer

Because of poor sanitation

Because there is no school
